This helps uncover physical stressors (nutritional needs, toxins, sensitivities), emotional imprints or belief patterns, energetic blocks and priority steps toward balance. Your body always knows. It simply needs the right questions—and a safe space to respond.
Referral & Navigation Support
If your body signals that it’s time for another modality, such as osteopathy, trauma therapy, herbal support or energetic healing. I help you find the right practitioner, not just handing over a name. The sessions help you clarifying what to ask for, preparing for appointments, interpreting what comes up, so you can stay in touch with your intuition.
