By bringing back fundamental elements into our artificial offices, I create a ripple effect by optimising the structures within the physical business environment to uplift all the living parts within it. Circadian rhythm. It might sound familiar to you, it's your internal biological clock that is directed by the sunlight. But not only sunlight, every light! Light management therefore is one of the building blocks for optimal health and wellbeing.
Water
On a molecular level, we exist for more that 99% out of water. Clean water is something a lot of people became aware of these years. But just clean water is only the first step, water has so much potential. Depending on one's needs, water can be programmed with information that will rejuvenate the user.
Air
Clean air sounds like a luxury in our city jungles. Putting a lot of awareness into our outer environment and climate, we tend to lose eye for our inner air quality and its impact on our bodies. Usage of toxic materials, ventilation systems, mold etc. are important aspect of health.
Sound
As to this, our auditory sense does so much more for us than we think. Sound has the potential to carry frequencies and if understood properly, we can pick which ones serve us in order to feel better focus, calmness or even increase our performance by connecting brain hemispheres.
Harmony
Imagine harmony in what is perceived visually, such as design and architecture but also social harmony in our workspace is incredible impactful on our state of being. Harmonic relationships within our environment gives us a sense of peace and calmness, opening our heart space to help step into our true creational power.

We'll start with a get to know each other meeting, this can be done from my home in Baarn or via a video call from any location. This first meeting is without charge.
Step two in the process will be a thorough examination via inspection, interviews and questionnaires to gather all the information that is needed to construct a Health Optimisation plan for your company or organisation. Designing this plan starts at an investment of €250,- for a freelance business owner and will increase in price depending on the company size.
In this plan a summery of the analysis will be displayed, together with the recommendations how to optimise and change the current situation to create optimal health and wellbeing. Also an indication for implementation costs will be explained. If upfront a budget is been given, I'll work according to this budget. Budgets range between €500 - €1000,- for freelancers up to a couple of thousands for bigger companies.
